It is and remains my favorite motif.
I always thought at some point I would no longer feel like drawing horses. I hardly ever drew anything else before. My sketchbooks are full of different breeds and yet I'm as happy as a little child every time I receive a new order for a horse or pony.
Of course, it's still a great change to do unusual commissioned work, like my chicken or the hamster watercolor, but I'll probably never have enough of horses. ☺️
