You can see the possible costs for your portrait in the price list . If you have special requests, I will be happy to provide a non-binding cost estimate that shows how the order will be put together.

You will receive an invoice from me by email with the costs discussed. The deposit amount noted on it must be paid within 7 days to the specified account or via PayPal. This means that your place on the waiting list will be booked for you. The remaining amount is only due when the portrait is completed before shipping.

The waiting time can sometimes be a few weeks to months. If any questions arise during this time, I will be happy to answer them by email.

Before I start, I send a preview of the sketch as a photo and then start with the portrait. I will also be happy to keep you up to date with pictures during the work process.

As soon as the drawing is finished, you can view it and any small changes can be discussed. For major changes, additional costs will be incurred and a longer waiting time must be planned for. If you like the drawing, it will be prepared for shipping. In the meantime, the remaining amount shown on the invoice must be paid.

You will receive your tracking number as soon as the invoice amount has been received in full.

For international orders, shipping costs depend on the country of order.
